Account & Registration

Registering is free and takes under 3 minutes. Head to the Register page, fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number (+63), date of birth, and a unique username and password. Accept the Terms and Conditions, verify your email via the link we send you, and your Super Jili account is ready to use. Easy lang!

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on Super Jili, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which is required before your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended.

No — each person is only allowed one active Super Jili account. Duplicate accounts violate our Terms and Conditions and will result in all related accounts being suspended, with balances withheld pending review. If you've accidentally created multiple accounts, contact our support team right away.

KYC is required before your first withdrawal. Log in, go to Account Settings, and click on "Verify Account". Upload a clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID) plus a selfie holding the ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Once approved, your full withdrawal access is unlocked.

You can update your contact details such as email address and mobile number directly from your Account Settings. Changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity verification and must be requested through our support team — these are restricted to prevent fraudulent alterations.

If you'd like to close your account permanently, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Before closing, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Note that self-exclusion (available in Responsible Gaming settings) is also an option if you just need a break rather than a permanent closure.

Login & Security

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address and we'll send a password reset link within a few minutes. Click the link, choose a new password, and you're back in. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes only.

Your account is temporarily locked after several failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes, then try again. If you're still unable to log in, use the password reset option or contact our 24/7 support team who can verify your identity and unlock your account right away.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings, then Security. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and choose whether you want verification codes sent via SMS to your registered mobile number or through an authenticator app. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it adds a powerful extra layer of protection to your Super Jili account.

Deposits & Payments

Super Jili supports all the major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We regularly review and add new payment options based on player feedback.

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and card deposits are typically credited to your Super Jili account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually reflected within 15–30 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Log in to the Cashier section for the current minimum per payment channel. Generally, digital wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) have the lowest minimums, making them the most accessible option for most Filipino players. Maximum deposit limits are also shown in the Cashier.

Super Jili does not charge deposit fees on our end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge for InstaPay transfers. Check with your payment provider before depositing if you're concerned about fees. GCash-to-GCash transfers are currently free for standard amounts.

Withdrawals

Log in to your Super Jili account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw", choose your preferred payment method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is completed before your first withdrawal — this is a one-time requirement. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes listed below.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay) are usually completed within 1 banking day. PESONet transfers may take 1–2 banking days. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.

Withdrawals can be delayed if your KYC verification is still pending, if you have active bonus wagering requirements that haven't been met, or if our security team has flagged the transaction for a routine review.
