Super Jili Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Super Jili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and Super Jili ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of superjili.best and all related services, games, and features offered through it.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or playing any game on Super Jili, you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your agreement to the revised version. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your personal records.

These Terms apply to all players accessing Super Jili from the Philippines or any other jurisdiction where access to the platform is permitted. They govern gameplay, financial transactions, account management, promotional participation, and all communications between you and Super Jili.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and play on Super Jili, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the legal minimum age for gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing Super Jili from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of Super Jili or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not already hold another active account on Super Jili — only one account per player is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep it updated throughout your membership.

Super Jili reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. This may include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, driver's licence, passport, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and verification of payment methods. Players who fail or refuse to complete verification may have their account suspended and pending withdrawals held until the process is completed.

Account Responsibilities

Your Super Jili account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your username, password, or any one-time PINs with anyone — not even Super Jili staff, who will never ask for your password.

Each player may only register and maintain one account on Super Jili. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, IP address, payment method, or household, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonuses forfeited pending investigation. Duplicate accounts are a serious breach of these Terms.

You agree to notify Super Jili immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. We will take reasonable steps to assist, but we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your own login credentials.

Super Jili accounts are not transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account, balance, or any entitlement within it to any third party.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on Super Jili are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits are accepted via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards.

Minimum deposits and withdrawals vary by payment method and are displayed clearly during the transaction process. Super Jili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges — please check with them separately.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to review; in most cases, GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within minutes, while bank transfers may take 30 minutes to several hours depending on the banking system and time of request.

• You may only withdraw funds that have been earned through legitimate gameplay.
• Funds deposited and not wagered at least once may be subject to withdrawal review to prevent financial misconduct.
• Super Jili reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after identity verification has been successfully completed.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Super Jili offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the promotion. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General rules that apply to all Super Jili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement") expressed as a multiplier. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must wager ₱5,000 in eligible games before the bonus amount can be withdrawn as cash.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: We take bonus abuse seriously. This includes (but is not limited to): claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus more than once, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or using bonus funds in a way that is clearly not in the spirit of the promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free credits that are not claimed or used within the specified period will expire and cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may generally only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Super Jili reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where we reasonably believe that a promotion is being exploited or misused.

Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Super Jili platform operate under clearly defined rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you understand and accept those rules.

Digital casino games — including slots, digital table games, and virtual card games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. This ensures that every outcome is genuinely random and statistically fair. The certified RTP (Return to Player) for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel.

Live dealer games are conducted by professional croupiers and dealers in real-time using physical equipment. These games are monitored by studio supervisors and subject to additional oversight protocols.

• The outcome of any completed game round is final and binding. Super Jili will not reverse the result of a game that has been completed without error.
• In the event of a technical fault or network disconnection during a game round, Super Jili's system logs will be used to determine the correct outcome. Bets that cannot be resolved due to technical issues will be voided and refunded.
• Players who experience an error or dispute regarding a game outcome may file a complaint through the support team. All complaints are logged and reviewed in accordance with our dispute resolution process.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Super Jili and constitute serious breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or do not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 2.
• Creating or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such incidents must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Accessing your account while under self-exclusion, or attempting to open a new account during a self-exclusion period.
• Providing false identity information or attempting to impersonate another person.

Account Suspension & Termination

Super Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including for breaches of these Terms, suspicious activity, non-compliance with verification requests, or legal and regulatory requirements.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Super Jili may retain any balance as appropriate under the specific circumstances and applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

Super Jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, and financial information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, legal compliance, and platform improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Responsible Gaming

Super Jili is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion is a serious tool. When you request self-exclusion, Super Jili will close your account and take reasonable steps to prevent you from reopening it during the exclusion period. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Super Jili's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Super Jili shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause or form of action.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of bonuses or account closure due to prohibited activity.
• Any delay or failure in processing withdrawals caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Super Jili's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms

Super Jili may update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Super Jili platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Super Jili in relation to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
